Emily Randall, a Birmingham native and Auburn University alumna with a degree in Elementary Education, has been a part of Summer Show-Offs since 2004. Her journey with the camp began at just 5 years old as a camper and has evolved through various roles on staff including counselor, head counselor, and support staff. It was also through Summer Show-Offs that Emily met her husband while they were both serving on staff.

After graduating, Emily spent three years teaching 4th grade at Briarwood Christian School. She is an active member of Mountain Brook Community Church, where she sings on the worship team. Emily is also a proud dog mom to her two dogs, Rascal and Willa.

Today, Emily serves as the Administrative Director and Solo Vocal Workshop Coordinator at Summer Show-Offs. She values the camp's emphasis on work ethic, excellence, and relationship-building, and her experiences there have profoundly shaped her dedication to personal growth and helping others achieve their full potential.
